I researched, designed and implemented an information architecture (IA) framework to increase operational efficiency for a government client's intranet. Using a mixed methods approach, I developed a new framework that increased user engagement in some areas by 889% and enabled scalable content management. The intranet became a gold standard for other intranets across the organization.
I conducted research for a Medicare data reporting system to inform a new Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework. Using a qualitative approach, I aligned user needs with vague legislative requirements and built stakeholder buy-in. The research led to IAM being prioritized on the roadmap and continues to reduce manual effort for hospitals nationwide.
I partnered with a health IT startup to design the end-to-end experience for a health insurance enrollment platform. Working under a razor-thin 3.5-month timeline, I collaborated with the founder to prioritize key features that would make the service competitive and appealing to health insurance companies. My high-fidelity concept designs directly supported the startup’s seed funding efforts.
