Fan Huang (pronounced f-ahn h-wong) is a user-centered technologist with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations shape enterprise services through product strategy, design, and research. His journey into user experience began with a deep curiosity about how people navigate large ecosystems and how refining those touchpoints can build trust in platform services.
Over the years, he’s collaborated with nonprofits, government agencies, and startups to design end-to-end digital experiences, lead greenfield feature discovery, and evaluate products to improve market fit. Whether he’s writing user stories, facilitating cross-functional workshops, standardizing datasets for comparative analysis, or building high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, Fan adapts to the constraints of each project to drive user-informed decisions.
Fan holds a B.S. in Public Health from the University of Maryland and certifications in UX design and information architecture from Springboard and the American Graphics Institute. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
Outside of work, Fan volunteers for Scouts of America, is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys illustration and photography.
